Rince T R is a Technical Project Manager at Bosch India, with over 11 years of experience in the automotive industry. He has expertise in Embedded Systems Software development, HIL testing & team management (Vector Toolchain), EV & HEV simulations, and Technical Specialist & Team Lead for the Commercial Vehicles Gateway ECU projects. Rince's major contributions include developing expert teams/groups for Security, Functional safety, and critical topics in Gateway projects, constantly driving a culture of innovations, automation, and time-saving ideas in all projects. He has recruited and expanded the V&V section for Gateway projects in the department from a headcount of 2 to 16 in 2 years. He has also provided training and mentoring for multiple topics in the entire department and trained new joiners in the department for 2 years. Rince's tech stack includes test, Python, Integration, Research Scientist, Software Engineer, and SDET. He has completed a German language A1 & A2 course while working in MBRDI and is ISTQB foundation level tester qualified.
